He is a master auto mechanic who moved into the areas of new property construction residential and commercial. He specializes in areas such as Electrical, Plumbing, Foundation requirements among many others. Carlos has developed a very keen appreciation of standards necessary for proper building requirements in this marketplace. Creative Essential Solutions welcomes Carlos into the fold as Master-Liason Inspector for Sao Paulo & surrounding areas.
